Support the documentation of automation runbooks, workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures for team and audit reference.
Assist with monitoring and troubleshooting automation and orchestration workflows, escalating issues to senior team members as appropriate.
Gain exposure to infrastructure-as-code practices by assisting with basic scripting and configuration tasks in tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Azure DevOps under supervision.
Support compliance-related automation tasks (e.g., patch tracking, access reviews) in accordance with established IT policies and procedures.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
What you will need:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Currently enrolled in a degree program for Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or other related field required.
