Description
Join our Wireless Systems Design Validation Team, a dynamic group at the forefront of wireless innovation. We ensure that advanced wireless and PHY systems meet stringent design specifications and deliver optimal performance across critical functionalities, including Throughput, RvR, MIMO, OFDMA, Beamforming and Coexistence. Our work directly impacts the quality and reliability of next-generation wireless technologies, making us integral to the success of cutting-edge connectivity solutions. This is an opportunity to work with industry-leading engineers on complex technical challenges that shape the future of wireless communication.
Minimum Qualifications
BS and a minimum of 10 years relevant industry experience.
Strong knowledge of wireless communication systems and IEEE 802.11 standards (a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be).
Strong programming skills in Python, Shell scripting, Perl, JavaScript, and/or C#, with emphasis on test automation and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering; Master's or Ph.D. preferred.
Hands-on experience testing and validating WiFi systems in laboratory environments.
Proven experience developing and automating tests for wireless systems, with demonstrated ability to create robust, scalable test frameworks.
Proficiency with RF test equipment, including signal analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and WiFi signaling testers. Experience with CMW500 or equivalent platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with network analysis and debugging tools such as protocol analyzers, Wireshark, iperf, and similar utilities.
Experience in configuring and controlling access points (APs) and understanding of AP-client interactions is a plus.
