What You'll Do
  • Design and update CAD drawings for roads, utilities, parks, and public infrastructure projects.
  • Collect field data and assist with surveying, layout, and staking using specialized equipment.
  • Support engineering projects by creating maps, plans, reports, and as-built drawings.
  • Help bring public improvement projects to life—from initial design through construction support.
  • Collaborate with engineers and survey teams to build the future of Branson.
 
Do you have what it takes for this exciting role?
• Graduation from an accredited technical school program or a college or university with an Associates of Technology degree in Civil Technology. 
         o Directly related full-time work experience, as determined by the Department Director, of four (4) or more years' full-time employment in technical engineering
            may be substituted for formal education or training.  
• Two (2) years of progressively responsible and successful full-time employment in technical engineering, to include drafting, surveying, and mapping, as part of the duties. 
• Two (2) years of experience working with AutoCAD Civil 3D.   
• Be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a background check and drug screenings. 
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:  The starting hourly wage is $28.04 per hour and will increase to $29.16 per hour after 6 months of successful probation
