Days/Hours:
Flexible hours! Will work around class schedule. Store Hours of Operation: Mon-Fri: 8am-6pm, Sat-Sun: 11am-4pm (Hours will vary with Holidays/events).
Duties:
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, staff, and all other in-store customers.
  • Train on product knowledge on Mac, PC, and other technologies.
  • Greet and do initial check-in of customers.
  • Troubleshoot and repair Mac and Windows devices as part of an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
  • Collaborate with team members.
  • Perform administrative duties associated with role and answer phone calls.
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by Management.

Requirements:
  • Customer-focused and passion-driven.
  • Ability to do work that requires frequent bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.), pushing, walking, and standing indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Detail & goal-oriented mindset.
  • Phone etiquette.
  • Punctuality.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 10 hours per week (including FINALS week). Work some weekends. Working during breaks is preferable, but not necessary.
