Job description

Who is DAPR Engineering and Re:Build Manufacturing?
DAPR Engineering, LLC, a part of Re:Build Manufacturing, is an engineering design and analysis consulting firm in Nashua, New Hampshire. We work with customers across many industries to develop and deliver turnkey industrial machines to meet their unique requirements. We develop custom automation solutions, work with OEMs to develop industrial products, and provide engineering analysis using FEA tools.
At Re:Build Manufacturing we're rebuilding America's manufacturing base and creating meaningful, sustainable jobs in areas that have been deindustrialized over the past 20-30 years. Our strategy is to employ technology, systems, deep financial resources, and best management practices to compete and win as manufacturers in the global market. We are NOT private equity. We do not buy companies with the intention of selling them. Over the next decades we want to make a difference in the US Manufacturing economy and the communities in which we operate. We believe in the power of people and the long-term competitive advantage that can be derived from helping our employees achieve their fullest potential.
What will you get to do?
  • Creative problem solvers who can connect scientific theory with engineering design to create novel products.
  • Strong communicators who can convey why their designs are good and appropriate solutions to our clients' challenges.
  • Hands-on craftspeople who like to build breadboards and refined prototypes.
  • Life-long learners who can take on a challenge in a field new to them and quickly be contributing solutions.
  • Collaborators that enjoy working on technical teams that regularly include scientists, electrical engineers, optical engineers, manufacturing partners, and industrial designers.
  • Results oriented engineers who want to work in a streamlined environment that has the right tools to get the job done and minimize bottlenecks.

What you bring to the Team
  • Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • Broad technical background and the desire to learn more
  • 3D CAD experience (Solidworks preferred)
  • Experience with a range of manufacturing processes (injection molding, machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
  • Experience designing biomedical products

Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
The base hourly range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 per hour. This range represents the Company's good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
The BIG payoff
We are a company that is going to make a difference in the industries and the communities in which we choose to operate. Every employee of Re:Build will share ownership in the company and share in the financial rewards of the success we achieve together, at all company levels!
We want to work with people that reflect the communities in which we operate
