Job description
IT Intern - This is a fully onsite position in Lindenwood, Illinois. Candidates must already live within commuting distance. No remote work and no relocation assistance is available.

Responsibilities
- Assist with providing technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and answering IT-related inquiries.
- Respond to help desk tickets and provide timely resolution or escalation as needed.
- Gain exposure to system administration tasks, including user account management, software installation and updates, and system configuration.
- Contribute to IT projects under the guidance of project managers and IT professionals.
Qualifications
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
