Responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with vendors, Equipment Engineers, Equipment Technicians and other tool owners to improve the overall area/ tool performance.
  • Performing basic tool maintenance and repairs according to equipment operating instructions  
  • Providing accurate and detailed information for equipment logs, repair data, and tool status, at shift pass down
  • Certification on tools
  • Supporting the Thin Film - PVD area with other Miscellaneous tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cleanroom environment.

Work Location & Schedule:

On-site at Camas, Washington, Monday-Friday. Position typically assigned to a 12-hour day or night shift compressed work week schedule with 3 days on one week and 4 days on the next. 

Eligibility:

  • Employment contingent on background check and drug screening (excludes cannabis).

Pay Transparency & Other Compensation:

At TSMC, your base pay is just one component of your comprehensive compensation package. For new hires in this position, the starting salary typically ranges between $27.30 and $36.29 per hour. The full salary range for this Job Grade extends from $27.30 - $39.30 depending on factors such as skills, qualifications, education, experience, tenure, and position level. TSMC's total compensation package also includes market-competitive pay, profit sharing and incentive bonuses, and tuition assistance.
