Job Summary
BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned manager, perform various duties and support activities for staff within the County Office departments and in the districts, provide Help Desk technical and technology user support, and perform various technical and resource services in the installation, operation, repair, maintenance, and diagnosis
of technology, within County Office departments and in school districts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: an Associate of Arts degree in computer-related field or two years of experience providing technical assistance in computer systems. A+ certification or evidence of equivalent skill level is desired.
Pass the Stanislaus County Office of Education written examination for Help Desk Operator.
