In this role, you will work directly alongside our technology staff, gaining hands-on experience in cloud systems, AI implementation, cybersecurity practices, and core IT infrastructure.
You will assist in auditing our systems to streamline operations and improve overall tech efficiency, while also supporting daily IT operations and engineering initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Perform ongoing daily system and software audits to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for streamlining.
- Produce weekly audit reports detailing findings, realistic action plans, and key deliverables.
- Provide hands-on support for everyday technology needs, including processing and resolving user tickets via Zendesk.
- Participate in research, testing, and implementation of AI tools across the company's technology portfolio.
