As a Computer Tech Intern, you'll typically assist with hardware and software troubleshooting, setting up new workstations, and providing technical support to end-users. You might also be involved in routine maintenance of equipment, installing updates, and helping with network configurations under the supervision of experienced IT staff. This hands-on exposure will help you develop practical skills in diagnosing common computer issues, improve your customer service abilities, and give you insight into how IT departments operate within organizations.
