Where you Come In

As our IT Support Technician, you'll be the go-to person for day-to-day technology support across Casey's. You'll help keep our people connected and our systems running smoothly by troubleshooting issues, supporting our technology and equipment, and working with external IT partners when needed.

We're looking for someone who is approachable, patient, organized, and comfortable troubleshooting problems independently. You don't need to know the answer to everything, but you should enjoy figuring things out and be able to explain technical issues in a way that makes sense to people who may not be technical. With a mix of office and manufacturing technology to support, no two days will look quite the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across office and manufacturing environments, troubleshooting computers, software, printers, mobile devices, network connectivity, Google Workspace, and other technology issues.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and track computers, devices, and other IT equipment, including preparing equipment and system access for new employees.
• Administer and support Google Workspace, user accounts, permissions, shared drives, and other company systems.
• Maintain reliable network and Wi-Fi connectivity and assist with basic network troubleshooting.
• Support cybersecurity practices, system updates, access controls, backups, and other IT security measures in coordination with external IT partners.
• Work with external IT partners and software vendors to troubleshoot and resolve more complex issues.
• Maintain IT documentation and equipment records.
• Support technology upgrades, implementations, and IT-related projects.
• Identify recurring technology issues and recommend practical improvements to systems, equipment, and processes.
  

Qualifications

• Education, certification, or equivalent experience in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking, or a related field.
• Previous IT help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows-based computers and experience supporting Google Workspace.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, networks, and user access issues.
• Basic knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, permissions, and device management.
• Experience with manufacturing technology, ERP, or other specialized business software is considered an asset.
• Valid driver's licence required for occasional travel between company locations.
