Job Summary
Responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and support of enterprise banking systems that support members. This role serves as a senior technical and functional analyst for highly complex banking platforms. This role ensures regulatory compliance, operational stability, and alignment with organizational goals.
What You'll Do
  • Analyze complex systems to ensure solutions meet documented business, functional, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the implementation and support of core and ancillary banking platforms.
  • Design, manage, and support system integrations and interfaces (APIs, file-based, middleware).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Fiserv DNA, Temenos (LOS), Q2 (Comercial Banking), Nautilus, and FIS platforms.
  • Utilize advanced SQL and Oracle queries for data analysis, reconciliation, reporting, and system troubleshooting
  • Lead Agile delivery practices and solution discovery efforts.
  • Coordinate application release schedules with vendors and internal teams.

  • Banking domain expertise including deposits, lending, payments, and digital banking required.
  • Experience with APIs, interfaces, and software development life cycle best practices preferred.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks; ITIL® 4 Foundation (or later) certification preferred.
