As a Systems Analyst, you’ll deliver and sustain technology and process solutions that enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements. You’ll partner across IT and the business to define requirements, design user-centric solutions, configure and test systems, and support critical production environments—driving alignment and continuous improvement along the way.

As a Systems Analyst, you will…

  • Lead solution design and delivery – define scope and solution options, direct requirements and user stories, partner with project teams on estimates/timelines, and apply Agile/Scrum and Lean techniques to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Configure and validate solutions – perform (or direct) application configuration (attributes, workflows, UI changes), support data conversion (extract, load, validation), and build/execute test plans while validating results (including complex queries and operational reporting as needed).
  • Own production support and stability – provide (or direct) 24x7 support for critical systems, lead root-cause analysis and trend insights, coordinate cross-team/vendor resolution, and maintain documentation and training for users and support partners.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 7+ years of post-bachelor’s and progressive experience in a related systems analyst role 
  • Overall 7+ years of experience working on all facets of system development lifecycle supporting and interfacing with systems 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Workforce Management solution (i.e UKG, Ceridian, Kronos, Blue Yonder WFM, etc.) - UKG Preferred 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in central operations and/or Human Capital/Workforce management 
  • Must have hands-on system configuration experience in support of solution delivery initiatives within a WFM application
  • Required knowledge of SQL and one or more of these DB’s - Oracle, MySQL, Teradata etc. 
  • Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings 
  • Must have experience utilizing user-centric design concepts in conjunction with agile development and testing processes to support development of highly engaging technology solutions 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and persuasion skills 
  • Experience in data analysis using open-source solutions such as: Spark, data bricks, Elastic Search is a plus 
  • Experience in building Insights from data - associations among data, business rules/logics, data flows, data usages is a plus

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
