Job description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Systems Analyst to join a TriOptus client in Washington, DC. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that align with business strategies, support testing and validation activities, and ensure project deliverables meet organizational standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for low to moderately complex processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
  • Develop detailed requirements documentation, including functional specifications and use cases.
  • Support user acceptance testing by documenting test cases and validating results.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals and provide training to end users as needed.
  • Investigate and resolve issues, escalating them when necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction.
