Job Description
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis of alternatives. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer system: Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be; summarized, and formats for reports. Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer program. Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within existing system.

Contractor will support Data Engineering and Data Governance work in SHARP.
Position is ONSITE/Hybrid at the location listed above (with some hybrid work 3 days Onsite and 2 days Remote - Mondays and Wednesdays REMOTE and Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays ON-SITE). The program will only accept LOCAL ONLY candidates for this position.

Preferred Skills/Experience 10 Required Experience using Informatica tools including Powercenter, IICS, IDMC, MDM, Axon, EDC, IDQ, Customer360, Supplier360, Entity360, 10 Required Experience establishing Master Data and Reference data for large organizations. Experience with Informatica MDM is preferred. 10 Required Experience implementing data quality rules using Informatica DQ. 4 Preferred Experience working with enterprise scale data sets in Snowflake. 4 Preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a similar field. Equivalent work experience can be substituted. Masters degree or 6+ years experience preferred. 2 Preferred Experience in healthcare or Public Health preferred. 2 Preferred Experience at a state agency preferred. 2 Preferred Experience with Python scripts for automation and interaction with APIs.
