As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting compassionate, ethical one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video chat, ensuring a confidential and comfortable environment for clients.
• Implementing solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate effective therapeutic outcomes, including interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Developing comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and mental health needs.
• Monitoring client progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting interventions as necessary to improve therapeutic effectiveness.
• Helping clients gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, fostering self-awareness and emotional growth.
• Providing clients with tools and techniques to enhance coping strategies and resilience in their daily lives.

Your primary focus will be on stable, low acuity adults presenting with a broad range of mental health concerns. This diverse population may include clients dealing with anxiety, mild depression, relationship issues, stress management, and other emotional challenges. Your role will be vital in helping these individuals navigate their mental health journeys and improve their overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong ethical standards with no disciplinary actions or limitations on licensure.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing for effective communication and rapport-building with clients.
• Proficient computer skills to navigate our telehealth platform and manage electronic documentation efficiently.

While not mandatory, prior telehealth experience or familiarity with virtual therapy platforms will be beneficial. Experience working with diverse clientele and exposure to various therapeutic modalities will also enhance your effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, dependent on the number of hours worked. In addition, the successful applicant will enjoy:
