Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a dedicated caseload of clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professionalism and ethical standards.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on the unique needs of each client, regularly monitoring their effectiveness.

• Performing thorough intake assessments to identify clients' needs and craft suitable intervention strategies.
• Holding weekly individual therapy sessions to provide direct support and guidance to clients.
• Engaging in individual supervision sessions for continual learning and support.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare providers to deliver coordinated patient care.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• A current, active, unrestricted LMHC license.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including spreadsheet software, RMS systems, email, and EHR tools such as Pimsy.
• Experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, demonstrating capacity for compassionate care.
• Comfort and skill in conducting intake assessments.
