The Technical Support Agent plays a critical role in ensuring seamless user experiences by providing timely, accurate, and professional technical assistance to internal and external customers. This position is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues across a diverse range of systems and devices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in IT fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric mindset. As a key frontline support resource, the Technical Support Agent contributes directly to system uptime, user productivity, and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools to end-users experiencing IT issues.
