Job description

Title: Winchester Systems Analyst Intern
Location: Clayton, MO
Salary: $30.00 / hour for undergraduate students; $33.00 / hour for graduate students
Housing Stipend Available
Focus: The Winchester Systems Analyst Intern supports the IT team with system updates, documentation, and testing to help maintain accurate and efficient business processes.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead a minimum of three hands-on projects throughout the term, to be defined at the beginning of the rotation based on department and business need.
  • Help document and test SAP changes, enhancements, and break-fixes across modules
  • Assist with user acceptance testing and ensure updates follow identified change control procedures
  • Maintain process documentation and support communication between IT and business groups

What You'll Bring:
  • Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate or graduate Cybersecurity, Networking, or Computer Science degree program (or pending enrollment in a Master's program in one of these disciplines)
  • Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
  • Exposure to SAP and/or Cyber concepts preferred
  • Must have completed sophomore year (or 60 completed credit hours) prior to first rotation with Olin
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) during rotation; Not eligible for virtual work
  • Must possess a valid US Driver's license
