About the Role:
The Business Analyst Intern will support the Senior Business Analyst in gathering, documenting, and communicating business needs for internal projects and system improvements. This role will work with business users, developers, and other stakeholders to help ensure requirements and processes are clearly understood.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with creating and maintaining business requirements, process documentation, meeting notes, and project materials.
  • Create, review, and update business process workflows.
  • Attend project meetings and document key decisions, questions, and action items.
  • Work with developers to clarify business requirements and answer business-related questions.
  • Participate in user interviews and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Help identify gaps, unclear processes, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with translating business needs into clear requirements or development tickets.
  • Support testing and validation to confirm that completed work meets the documented business requirements.

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Operations, or a related field.
