Job Summary:
VTG is seeking a System Analyst II to support their Virginia Beach, VA office. The role involves providing technical support for legacy and IPTV solutions, system operations, and conducting evaluations and reviews to ensure system readiness.
Responsibilities:
• Provides SME level technical support including system operations for legacy and IPTV solutions.
• Responsible for build, configuration, integration, and testing of systems.
• Proficient with various operating systems and computer hardware platforms.
• Conducts technical evaluation, design and readiness reviews, and quality control.
• Works with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.
• Writes documentation for modifications and operational procedures of systems.
• Provides technical support including system operations for legacy and IPTV solutions.
• Test and verifies documentation for modifications and operational procedures of systems.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology
• Active Secret Clearance is required
Preferred:
• Seven (7) or more years of related experience is preferred
