Hiring: Onsite Technical Support Analyst 2

Location: Richmond, VA

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite (5 Days/Week)

Interview Process: In-Person Only

Key Skills Required (4+ Years Experience):

  • Networking Basics: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and VPN configuration.
  • Systems & Deployment: Device imaging, software setup, and security protocols.
  • ITSM & Ticketing: Hands-on experience managing help desk tickets (HelpSpot experience is a plus!).
  • Hardware Support: Setting up & physically deploying PCs, laptops, printers, switches, and cabling.
  • Customer Service: Translating technical details clearly to end users.
