Position Summary

At Macdonald's Home Health Care, our Sales Support & Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Sales Team, clients, and healthcare professionals.The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Seating & Mobility Consultants,assistingwith core aspects of the sales process, including managing quotes, equipment orders, communication with medical professionals, funding agencies, managing lead software system and phone support.The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth team environment, andmaintaina positive attitude amidst changing priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and coordinating phone calls, emails, and appointments.
  • Preparing and organizing documentation, quotes,and work orders for the Sales Team.
  • Providing support to all Sales Team members as the office's primary contact point.
  • Performing general administration tasks.
  • Managing and qualifying online leads through software.
  • Distributing and managing leads and products to Seating & Mobility Consultants.
  • Coordinating equipment assembly with service technicians.


Required Qualifications

  • Microsoft Office knowledge, computer software, and internetproficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Team-oriented and dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Effective multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks independently whilemaintainingcommunication with all company departments
  • Knowledge and understanding of the BC Healthcare system is an asset
  • Experience with a CRM or inventory management system is an asset
