What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Computer Store Sales Associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Computer Store Sales Associate, you need strong product knowledge in computer hardware and software, sales experience, and typically at least a high school diploma. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management software, and basic troubleshooting tools is essential.
