Job description

Full-time, twelve-month position. 

Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience with Human Resources required.
  • Prior Central Office Experience required.
  • Prior experience with Computer Solutions (CSI) record-keeping system preferred.
  • Prior experience with Frontline HR functionality preferred.
  • High level of interpersonal skills required to interact with employees, leaders and others.
  • Ability to function as part of a cohesive office team by assuming varied responsibilities.

Salary Range:  $65,000-$75,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Processes new hire documentation as required by statute and policy.
  • Maintains all records pertaining to personnel attendance, leaves of absence, employment, etc.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive correspondence, records and information.
  • Additional requirements, as listed on job description.
