Flexible Schedule Shifts: Monday to Friday, rotating Saturdays; when you work on a Saturday, you have a day off during the week. We offer three different schedule shift options.

  • 7 am – 4 pm

The Role of the Shop Foreman

The Foreman ensures that all mechanical repairs meet or exceed customer expectations and company standards while actively developing technicians into high-performing Partner-level contributors.

This role blends hands-on technical leadership with accountability for shop efficiency, repair quality, and team growth. The Foreman serves as the primary bridge between technicians, service advisors, and management.

Technical & Quality Leadership

  • Perform and enforce quality control checks during repairs and at job completion
  • Identify workmanship-related comebacks and determine root cause
  • Investigate repair failures and educate technicians on correct procedures
  • Provide real-time technical support to on-site technicians
  • Perform maintenance services with efficiency and per manufacturer and dealership standards.
  • Diagnose, maintain and repair vehicle automotive systems.
  • Detailed written communication on RO's.
  • Test drive vehicles and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of a Shop Foreman, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.

  • Ability to frequently move in and out of vehicles frequently
