Job description

Client Services Associate

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Associate in our Philadelphia, PA pediatrics office. This position is on site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Client Services Associates gain valuable exposure to all aspects of office operations, client services, scheduling, staffing, and team management — preparing them for future growth opportunities within the organization, including advancement into Client Services Manager roles.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assist with managing client services, scheduling, and staffing needs
  • Support field staff in delivering high-quality home health services
  • Assist with various administrative tasks
  • Foster positive communication and engagement with field employees
  • Support employee recognition and retention initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation and data entry within company systems
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals and build professional relationships
  • Ambition to grow professionally and advance within the organization
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong computer/data entry skills
  • Comfortable with phone communication and relationship-building outreach
