Assistant Store Manager โ€“ Computer Services

Are you an experienced retail leader with a passion for technology, computers, and customer service?


A leading national technology and consumer electronics retailer is looking for an Assistant Store Manager โ€“ Computer Services to lead a busy computer service and repair department.


In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals, drive customer satisfaction and department performance, and help ensure customers receive exceptional service and technical support.


What You'll Do

  • Lead the daily operations of the computer service and repair department.

  • Drive customer satisfaction, sales, productivity, and operational performance.

  • Coach, train, and develop a high-performing team.

  • Recruit, hire, onboard, and schedule employees.

  • Ensure customer computer and technical issues are resolved quickly and professionally.

  • Manage department expenses, payroll, and operational goals.

  • Maintain inventory, safety, and operational standards.

  • Support freight flow, merchandising, and store operations.

  • Monitor team training and technical certifications.

  • Serve as Manager-in-Charge when needed.

  • Partner with store leadership to achieve sales, service, and customer experience goals.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of retail leadership experience.

  • Experience managing teams in a high-volume retail environment.

  • Background in consumer electronics, computers, technology, repair, or technical services strongly preferred.

  • Experience with sales, operations, customer service, merchandising, and team development.

  • Strong coaching, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience with hiring and developing employees.

  • Ability to manage departmental performance, expenses, and customer satisfaction goals.

  • P&L experience is a plus.


Schedule

This role requires flexibility to work a retail schedule, including:



  • Days and evenings

  • Holidays

  • Store opening and closing shifts


$60,000 - $80,000 per year + Bonus
