Job description

Job Summary:
MWH is a leading water and wastewater treatment-focused general contractor in the US. They are seeking a reliable and self-motivated IT Support Analyst to join their internal helpdesk team, providing technical assistance to employees and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide deskside and remote technical support for hardware (laptops, desktops, peripherals, printers, etc.), software, and connectivity issues.
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner, following ITIL best practices where applicable.
โ€ข Manage device lifecycle tasks including imaging, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting using modern tools.
โ€ข Administer user accounts, permissions, and identity management (Azure AD / Entra ID).
โ€ข Deliver advanced support and administration for Microsoft Office 365 services (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).
โ€ข Perform basic networking troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
โ€ข Automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency through scripting (PowerShell preferred).
โ€ข Document solutions, update the knowledge base, and contribute to process improvements.
โ€ข Effectively prioritize and manage support requests from multiple stakeholders with minimal supervision.
โ€ข Travel occasionally (10โ€“15%) to provide on-site deskside support at West Coast locations.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a / deskside / desktop support in a Microsoft Windows based small to medium sized business environment.
โ€ข Strong customer service skills and experience, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
โ€ข Solid understanding of basic networking concepts.
โ€ข Working knowledge of identity management systems (Azure AD / Entra ID).
โ€ข Experience writing and using scripts to automate routine tasks.
โ€ข Proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office 365.
โ€ข Valid driverโ€™s license and willingness and ability to travel 10โ€“15% within the United States.
Preferred:
โ€ข Advanced knowledge of Office 365 administration (admin center, licensing, security & compliance).
โ€ข Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and autopilot deployments.
โ€ข CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MD-102).
