What You'll Do as a Jr. Account Manager:

  • Maintain a clear understanding of client marketing goals, business objectives, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients while supporting communication, satisfaction, and long-term relationships.
  • Manage client projects and campaigns by organizing priorities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely completion.
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, agendas, action items, and follow-up communication with clients and internal teams, including occasional travel to client locations.
  • Utilize project management and ticketing systems to manage requests and communicate updates across email, Slack, and phone channels.
  • Support account managers and production teams with presentations, proofreading, and client deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication processes, and project efficiency.


Our Ideal Jr. Account Manager:

  • Experienced: At least 1 year of client services experience; agency or relevant internship experience is preferred. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
