Job description

TEAM UP WITH US! 

Warren Equipment Company is seeking a dynamic Salesforce System Administrator to play a key role in developing, supporting, and enhancing Warren’s Salesforce system. This position will be responsible for establishing best practices in support of low code / semi-custom code environment, participating in build testing, and will serve as the in-house Salesforce expert (alongside third-party implementers) while also maintaining day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, training, and improvements of the platform.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce environment.  Understand solution designs and implement programmatic changes and configuration in Salesforce Field Service, CRM, and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with technical and operational users to understand their business needs and develop software solutions on the Salesforce platform that will improve / enhance the system.
  • Prioritize and implement as appropriate while executing solutions via agile development methodologies.
  • Configure Salesforce including but not limited to: Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, user management, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Implement new Salesforce releases and provides relevant training and support including creation of technical specifications, designs, and testing documentation.
  • Review the system on an appropriate cadence to evaluate outdated processes, fields, and design elements.
  • Actively pursue additional technical knowledge of Salesforce functionalities and apply learnings to new business needs or existing processes.
  • Define and enforce strategy for low code/best practice architecture across the Salesforce org.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science related field or 2-4 years of relevant experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • Preferred one or more Salesforce certifications (including but not limited to Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator) that demonstrate current knowledge as an administrator.
  • Proficiency in a Salesforce ecosystem, data imports and exports, APIs, and Tableau reporting. 
  • Ability to provide Salesforce end-user support and work with non-technical staff and constituents on technical topics.
  • Self-motivated, excellent problem solving, analytical, and reporting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Must have the flexibility to work non-traditional hours including occasional evenings and Sundays, as needed to address time-sensitive business needs.
  • Experience with preparing materials including user guides, system workflows, application documentation, test scripts as needed, and/or conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Proven track record of Work effectively with a team in the Service / Sales verticals as it relates to the Salesforce Platform.
  • Preferred Experience with Salesforce Flow, Asset360, and work order management process understanding.
