The Hilton corporate summer internship program offers the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. The internship will be in person at our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office and will begin on June 1, 2027 and end on August 6, 2027. Interns will work full-time (40 hours per week during the 10-week program). The pay rate for internships based in McLean, VA is $25.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00. The pay rate for internships based in Dallas, TX is $24.00 per hour with a one-time stipend of $2,500.00.

  • Collaborate with your manager and team to deliver a final presentation showcasing your internship experience and learnings
What It Takes to Make the Stay
You have these minimum qualifications:
  • Can commit to a full 10-week program (40 hours per week) onsite in our McLean, VA or Dallas, TX office
  • Sophomore or junior of post-secondary education program; or have less than one (1) year of professional experience

It would be useful if you have:
  • Held a leadership role in your community or engaged with a student run organization
  • Internship or work experience in the hospitality or customer service (e.g. server, front desk, volunteer, coach)
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Media or a related field
  • Interest in marketing strategy, media, loyalty, customer experience, partnerships, or AI
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
