JOB SUMMARY

This job is exclusively for Coop Students who are enrolled in a recognized post-secondary co-operative education program.

This role focuses on supporting the SAP Basis team by creating and maintaining technical documentation, automating repetitive administrative processes, and collaborating with team members to explore and implement AI-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and overall productivity.

The mandate of Information Technology Services is to create business value by providing innovative and strategic technology solutions for the business operations of the City of Ottawa.

You are responsible for assisting with assigned information technology solutions, projects, programs and/or services. You may work in various disciplines and functions within the Information Technology environment, such as desktop support, applications, planning, business analysis, project co-ordination, software development and technology architecture support. At the City, the work atmosphere is an open, fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Enrolment in a recognized post-secondary co-operative program in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or related field
