Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Charlotte, NC is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2-5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data validation to support data-driven business initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements, ensure data integrity, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, data analytics, engineering, or a related field
* 2-5+ years of prior experience in projects related to data analysis, data modeling, data validation
* Familiarity with JIRA, Agile/Kanban methodologies
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analysis
* Ability to understand data lineage and apply validation rules to ensure integrity
* Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling concepts, and data quality concepts
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
