Salary Range: $90,000 - $105,000
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Operations Research/Systems Analyst (ORSA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for utilizing mathematical modeling and other analytical techniques to solve complex organizational problems. The ORSA will work closely with various departments to gather data, develop models, and provide valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience in operations research, systems analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in mathematical modeling and statistical analysis tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify issues, assess risks, and develop solutions
  • Develop mathematical models and algorithms to optimize processes and systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives
  • Interpret data and present findings to key decision-makers
  • Provide recommendations for improving efficiency, effectiveness, and performance

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
