JOB DESCRIPTION

DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Design and develop dashboards and visualizations to measure product impact and provide management with tools to explore and report on key metrics. Maintain data governance documentation and enhance analytical review processes. Consult with stakeholders and product groups on business drivers, data, and processes. Conduct deep-dive data analysis to ensure reporting accuracy. Research data issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions. Interpret data systems requirements and liaise with technology teams. Advise on data and analytics strategy across lines of business. Develop and report sales performance metrics and KPIs. Analyze customer interactions across channels to understand journeys and friction points. Research deliverables to gain insights and improve monitoring processes. Prepare and deliver presentations summarizing insights and conclusions for executives in scheduled analytics meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Data Science, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Data Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst, Business Analyst, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Reading and writing data queries to extract large datasets from relational databases including Oracle and Teradata using SQL, Python, and Alteryx; Performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow, and query optimization using SQL, Python, R, and Alteryx; Wrangling and combining complex datasets, including customer survey scores, loan applications, and property details using Alteryx, Tableau, Python, and SQL Server; Creating historical and current trend views, scatter charts, pie charts, line graphs, and tree maps using Tableau; Creating customer segmentation, profiling, clustering analysis, inferential statistics, and data mining using Tableau or Excel; Creating business requirements documents that define problems, present solutions, and outline processes using Jira; Gathering insights on user behavior and collecting data through convenience sampling, quota sampling, and simple random sampling; Creating status timelines, scheduling, prioritization, and success-rate tracking through cumulative flow diagrams, burnup charts, and velocity graphs using Jira.
