Job description

Job Title:Adjunct Teaching - Computer Science - CS 202/203/204: Software Engineering Lab 1, 2, 3 (BYU Online)

(Please note that even though this is an online position, the adjunct must reside in Utah for the duration of their employment)

Position Start Date:September 2, 2026

Required Degree:

MS or PhD in Computer Science or a related field.

The required degree must be completed by the start date.

Experience:

Practical work experience in Computer Science. A successful candidate should understand current tools, technologies, and techniques that software engineers use in practice. This includes tools and techniques for source code testing, automated source code analysis, and source code build and dependency management and tools and techniques for cloud development and Agile programming.

Duties/Expectations:

Plan and teach CS 202,203, 204 - Online courses. Correct assignments and provide feedback.
