In this roleÂ
- Design, build and maintain integrations and automated workflows that connect enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce) and eliminate manual handoffsÂ
- Build and support data pipelines and ETL processes that move, transform and validate data across systems ensuring the data quality and consistency that AI and analytics depend onÂ
- Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks and event-driven automations with strong error handling, logging and monitoring so issues surface quicklyÂ
- Write clean, testable scripts and services in Python, C#, or JavaScript to automate repetitive business processes and reportingÂ
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, gather requirements and translate them into working solutionsÂ
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment practices and documentation that keep our growing automation footprint reliable and maintainableÂ
- Help evaluate and implement cloud services and tools (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Data Factory, Service Bus) that form the building blocks for future AI capabilities

The ideal personÂ
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field or equivalent experienceÂ
- Foundational programming skills in at least one language (Python strongly preferred; C#, Java, or JavaScript also welcome)Â
- Basic understanding of APIs, JSON/XML, and how web services communicate (REST, HTTP, webhooks)Â
- Exposure to SQL and relational databases;Â comfortable writing queries, understanding schemas and thinking about data qualityÂ
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and a willingness to learn CI/CD and DevOps practicesÂ
- A problem-solver and self-starter who is curious about how systems work, excited to automate what's manual and comfortable learning new tools quicklyÂ
- Strong communication skills: able to talk with both technical and non-technical teammates about requirements, trade-offs and progressÂ
