Job description

Join our practice in Las Cruces, NM where CRNAs and MDs practice independently alongside each other in a Collaborative Anesthesiology Team. You'll join a collegial team of 18 CRNAs and 5 anesthesiologists who prioritize inter-professional collaboration to ensure we provide our patients with the best possible anesthetic care. 

CRNAs will practice to the full scope of their license and independently perform all pre-ops, anesthetics, PACU management, blocks, lines, etc. A facilitator is available to help run the board, for consultation, and for a second set of hands in an emergency. A great work environment that strongly values CRNAs.Case Variety:General, Cardiovascular, GI, Urology, Ortho, Bariatrics, Podiatry & GYN.

At least one year of experience is required. It's a perfect spot for someone who wants to escape the ACT model and begin independent practice.

Details:

  • Night Call: (Monday-Sunday 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM): 
    • 1:12 (PCDO)
    • $1,800/shift
  • Weekend Day Call: (Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM):
    • 1:12
    • $200/hour if called in

CRNAs with at least one year of experience are preferred, however we will consider new grad CRNAs who are highly motivated to succeed in an independent practice setting.

Requirements

  • $400 - $410K
  • 1099 Practice
  • $40K Sign-On/ Relocation Bonus
  • $20K retention bonus received every 12 months after provider contract has been in effect for 25 months
  • 10 Weeks off Per Year
