Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist team members by analyzing business requirements and process gaps, document findings, converting them into basic functional specifications and process flows.
  • Conduct and document configuration and testing activities, support data validation and conversion under supervision.
  • Prepare and execute various test scenarios, including unit, integration, and regression.
  • Follow standard processes for project management, development, testing, change management, and compliance.
  • Participate as a project team member, track task progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of information systems, application support or IT delivery.
  • General business knowledge gained through education or early professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related internship or industry experience of <2 years

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
