Here you'll get to:
  • Project Management of the EROS (Artist Royalties and Copyright) new version migration projects, including project management, conduct test phases (Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and UAT) and Deployment. 
  • Month-end Support: This includes monitoring jobs and resolving issues related to jobs (both Artist Royalties and Copyright). This is critical for the Financial monthly close.
  • You will assist the Business with EROS Copyright configuration for new label acquisitions.
  • Execute projects related to new label acquisitions (sales migration, sales testing and implementation in Production which includes assisting with EROS Copyright configuration. 
  •  Manage Copyright application projects like new versions implementation. This includes project management, creation of test cases, execution of tests, conducting UAT, User's training and deployment in Production.
  • Execute of the EROS Copyright Change Management process. 
  • Support Copyright Audits (data extract and data reconciliation).
About you:
  • 4+ years proven music industry and royalty functional experience, both artist and copyright.
  • Proven experience working with complex music and royalty data migrations.
  • Large systems development and implementation project management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to validate complex analysis and data reconciliations.
  • Demonstrated leadership in achieving shared objectives within a matrix organization, participation in cross-divisional projects, and building effective cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to achieve results through influence over external and internal staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of interfacing effectively with WMG royalty management and staff.
  • Team player who can cooperate/collaborate with business unit and Technology Teams.
  • You have experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Persuasive, encouraging, diplomatic, and attentive to detail.
  • Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. 
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, MS Office and Google Tools (Docs and Sheets).
 
We'd love it if you also had:
  • Certified PMP (Project Management Professional).
  • International development and system implementation experience .
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira 
  • Experience managing 3rd party contractors and offshore development resources 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, Accounting, or related field; or 8+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
$78,400 - $110,000 a year
