About this Role:

Join our IT department as a Sr. Systems Engineer specializing in L2 and L2+ support for the force.com platform. You'll play a critical role in ensuring system reliability, resolving complex technical issues and supporting seamless operations for our business users.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver advanced L2/L2+ technical production support for the force.complatform in a 24 x 5 environment

  • Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis andsupport integrations

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, document solutions and drive processimprovements

  • Performing minor code fixes and deploy changes as needed is a plus

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required

  • 5+ years hands-on production support experience

  • Proficient with database scripting (Postgres, PL/SQL)

  • Knowledge on Usage of JSON, XML data structure), API integration methods

  • Experience handling escalated technical issues (L2/L2+)

  • Familiarity with Co-Pilot and GenAI tools

  • Excellent communication skills; collaborative team player

Good to have:

  • Apttus CPQ/CLM platform support experience is a plus

  • Proficient with Salesforce admin tools, data management, integration methods, Incident Management, ServiceNow and JIRA

  • Experience performing minor code fixes and deploying solutions is a plus

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 118,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates.
