Job Description Summary This role will lead the implementation, and continuous optimization, and ensure consistent delivery methodology for major transformational programs. This role is also responsible for the Agile Centre of Excellence, acting as a guide and a source of inspiration for the implementation and support of Agile teams and agile practices across the organization. What you'll be doing Work with executive leadership to formulate, organize, and monitor inter-connected transformational projects.

Aligning programs and projects to portfolios and assisting in the prioritization and resourcing of work across the organization Work with executive leadership to drive and decide on suitable strategies to meet organizational and major transformational program-related objectives. Establishes strategy and framework for the development and implementation of Agile tools and methodologies across the organization. Define Agile resourcing requirements, governance, and monitoring mechanism for Agile maturity and execution including sustainable measurement of post-rollout adoption and associated business benefits Develops, coaches, mentors and manages the performance of Directors, Program Managers Project Managers, and Agile coaches responsible for major program transformations What you bring University Degree or college diploma in computer science, business or a related discipline 10+ years of experience in Project Management and / or Portfolio Management, 3+ years of which in a large-scale program implementation environment 4+ years of management / leadership experience 2+ years experience applying Change management concepts " Relevant industry-related certifications are considered an asset including PMP or Prince2 or Agile PMP certification Strong working knowledge and understanding of Agile implementation processes, artefacts and methodologies, supported by hands-on use of Agile tools (e.g
