Kilpatrick’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks an experienced USPTO-registered Associate attorney with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a closely related field such as Math, Physics, etc. Ideal candidate would have at least 3 years of law firm experience working with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Image Processing, and/or Autonomous Vehicle technologies. 

Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. This is an exciting opportunity to be exposed to cutting-edge technology in a wide array of technical fields. Associate to be based in one of the following KTS offices: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Houston, TX; Raleigh, NC; Seattle, WA; or Winston-Salem, NC.
