The Business Analyst will be responsible for discovering, analyzing, designing, and implementing integrations, based on Enterprise Integration Patterns, between multiple systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and communication. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, critical thinker, and able to work collaboratively with different teams, both internal and external. 


Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions with customers.
  • Analyze existing systems and identify integration points, gaps, and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration requirements, including data mapping, workflows, and APIs.
  • Design and develop integration architectures, following industry best practices and standards.
  • Write and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
  • Perform integration testing and troubleshoot issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, tools, and methodologies related to integration development.
  • Ensures that integrations are designed to meet specifications and requirements at the lowest possible costs.
  • Ensures that integration projects are completed on time and within estimated costs.


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent customer presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, including REST, XML, JSON, and API design.
