Summer Intern โ€“ Conduentย 

Position Overviewย 

Through our dedicated associates, Conduent delivers mission-critical services and solutions on behalf of Fortune 100 companies and over 500 governments โ€“ creating exceptional outcomes for our clients and the millions of people who count on them.ย 

We are seeking Summer Interns within our Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) organization, supporting teams in Technology Operations and the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) function.ย 

This posting represents multiple distinct internship opportunities, and selected candidates will be aligned to a specific team based on business needs, experience, and interests.ย These internships are based out of Sandy, UT.ย 

Interns will gain hands-on experience supporting enterprise IT systems, cybersecurity initiatives, and critical technology operations. This internship is part of a structured summer program that includes mentorship, networking opportunities, and exposure to senior leadership.ย 

Potential Areas of Placementย 

Internship opportunities are available in the following areas:ย 

  • Technology Operationsย 

  • Cybersecurity (CISO Organization)ย 

Key Responsibilitiesย 

Responsibilities will vary by team but may include:ย 

  • Supporting IT operations, system monitoring, and service delivery processesย 

  • Assisting with incident tracking, ticket management, and operational reportingย 

  • Contributing to cybersecurity initiatives such as risk assessments, vulnerability tracking, and compliance effortsย 

  • Analyzing system or security data to identify trends and insightsย 

  • Assisting with process improvements and documentationย 

  • Collaborating with cross-functional technology teamsย 

Qualificationsย 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldย 

  • Available to work on-site out of Sandy, UT for the duration of the 8โ€“10 week summer programย 

  • Foundational understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, or cybersecurity principlesย 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsย 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a team environmentย 

  • Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or security platforms is a plusย

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.ย For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated hourly rate for this role is $20/hr.
