Weโre seeking an entryโlevel, onโsite Electronic Health Systems (EHS) / IT Support Specialist who is eager to learn, motivated by purpose, and excited to support the technology that keeps our clinics running. This is an inโperson roleโyouโll be embedded with our teams, building relationships, solving problems faceโtoโface, and becoming a trusted partner to staff and providers.

In this role, youโll help ensure our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical technologies are reliable, accessible, and supportive of patient care. ???? What Youโll Learn & Do
Support Clinical Systems & EHRs
- Provide friendly, handsโon, inโperson support for EHRs and clinical applications
- Assist with dayโtoโday system maintenance and basic configuration tasks
- Help onboard new staff, manage user access, and support workflows
- Learn and support healthcare systems such as Athena Practice, Dentrix, Liberty, referral tools, and more
- Assist with basic integration and support of clinical devices (imaging, ultrasound, retina screening tools, etc.)
Be the GoโTo Tech Help for Our Teams
- Respond to IT service desk requests with patience, empathy, and clear communication
- Troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, peripherals, and basic hardware issues
- Work closely with senior IT staff to support servers, networks, and applications
- Help maintain Microsoft 365, Active Directory accounts, security groups, and printing
Grow Your IT Skills While Advancing the Mission
- Participate in system upgrades, training, documentation, and improvement projects

โจ What Weโre Looking For

- Associate or Bachelorโs degree in IT, computer science, health informatics, or related field
OR equivalent entryโlevel IT experience - Basic familiarity with IT support, troubleshooting, or help desk work
- Exposure to Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or EHR systems (through school, internships, or work)
