We’re hiring an AI Enablement Intern

Location: Waterloo, ON (Hybrid)

We are not building an AI department. We are building an AI‑first company.

At Mach7, this internship isn’t about coding in isolation or shipping one‑off projects. It’s about rethinking how work gets done—and using AI to remove friction across real business workflows. This role reflects how we expect leaders at Mach7 to think about and apply AI in their everyday work.

We’re also intentionally looking beyond traditional paths—this role is open to non‑traditional and self‑taught candidates who have built real, hands‑on experience using AI to solve problems.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership to:

  • Learn how the business actually operates
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies
  • Design and prototype practical, AI‑driven workflows
  • Measure real impact (time saved, faster response times, smoother operations)

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Loves solving messy, real‑world problems
  • Can simplify complexity and think at a systems level
  • Is curious, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Has hands‑on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, or automation platforms (or has built their own workflows and is eager to learn quickly)
