Aquatech has an immediate need for a full-time Business Systems Support. The hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at our Canonsburg office.
IT Business Systems Support professional to help our team support and improve the business applications that keep our operations running-ERP, CRM, finance, HR, and more. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT or business systems career who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and helping users succeed. Understanding Business Process and implementing it in business systems is a key success factor for this role .
Job Description:
  • Usage and support for ERP/CRM and other business applications
  • Develop Business reporting as required by business
  • Troubleshoot issues and document resolutions
  • Assist with setup, and basic system configuration
  • Support data imports/exports and routine system tasks
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and training materials
  • Participate in testing for updates, patches, and small enhancements
  • Support procurement, inventory, and project tracking processes
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues; escalate as needed
  • Work with engineering and operations teams to align system data with business processes

Skill Requirements:
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in, Business, Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic understanding of business processes (finance, operations, sales, supply chain)
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM or business applications (coursework or internship acceptable)
  • Solid communication and customer service skills
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP B1, , QuickBooks, etc.)
  • Exposure to SQL, reporting tools, or workflow automation
  • Help desk or support experience
