As a Computer Technical Support Intern, you'll support the technology that keeps our teams productive from resolving hardware and software issues to assisting with system deployments, user support, and enterprise IT operations. What You'll Do
  • Provide first-line technical support for employees across a variety of hardware, software, and business applications
  • Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues while delivering excellent customer service

  • Help maintain accurate documentation, service tickets, and IT asset information
